  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (Heidenhain)

  • Offene Einstellung gegenüber Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Einstellen hochmoderner CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Einfahren und optimieren neuer Bearbeitungsprogramme in Zusammenarbeit mit der CAM-Abteilung
  • Selbstständige Kontrolle der Bauteile mit modernen Messmitteln (Maße und Toleranzen)
  • Mithilfe bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen
  • Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
