  • Für die Herstellung von diversen Baugruppen suchen wir einen
  • Zerspanungsmechaniker CNC-Fräser (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Programmierung einer neuen großen Portalfräsmaschine Verfahrensbereich: 3200 x 4300 mm mit Orthogonalschwenkkopf für 5-Seiten Bearbeitung, Steuerung Heidenhaim
  • Fertigen komplexer Präzisionsbauteile auf CNC- gesteuerten Bearbeitungszentrum nach Zeichnungen
  • eigenständiges Erstellen und Optimieren der Programme an CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschine unter Berücksichtigung der Geometrie- und Technologiedaten
  • Rüsten von Werkzeugmaschinen und Bearbeiten von Werkstücken mit anschließender Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung CNC- Zerspanungsmechanik-Fräsen
  • Kenntnisse CNC wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
