  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Umrüsten von HAAS CNC-Fräsmaschinen (3-, 4- und 5-Achs)
  • Fertigung von Frästeilen nach technischen Zeichnungen in Einzel- und Serienfertigung
  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen mit SolidCAM
  • Auswahl und Wechsel von Werkzeugen sowie Festlegung geeigneter Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Überwachung, Dokumentation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Programmierung und Zerspanung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an moderner Fertigung
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
