  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen \(Hurco, DMG\).
  • Programmierung und Optimierung der CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine nach Zeichnung und Vorgaben.
  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen.
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge, Festlegen von Bearbeitungsstrategien und Durchführung von Probeläufen.
  • Maß- und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen im Verantwortungsbereich.

  • ###### Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker Fachrichtung Frästechnik, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung als CNC-Fräser, idealerweise im 5-Achs-Bereich.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Hurco- und DMG-Fräsmaschinen, inkl. Programmierkenntnissen an der Steuerung \(z.B. Hurco WinMax / Sinumerik 840D\).
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen und sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
