  • Die FBR Facondrehteile GmbH ist ein erfolgreiches mittelständisches Familienunternehmen mit über 40-jähriger Erfahrung. Wir fertigen auf modernsten CNC-Bearbeitungszentren und Drehmaschinen für den eigenen hydraulischen Sondermaschinenbau und als Systemzulieferer für die Spanntechnik, einbaufertige Komponenten für den Maschinenbau, die Antriebs- und Landtechnik und den Fahrzeugbau.
  • Für den Bereich Produktion suchen wir zum baldmöglichsten Eintritt in unsere Firma einen selbstständig arbeitenden CNC-Einrichter Fräs- und Drehtechnik (m/w/d).
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbständiges Einstellen von Drehzentren (4 Achsig)
  • Selbständiges Einstellen von Fräsbearbeitungszentren (4 -5 Achsig)
  • Erstellung von CNC- Programmen
  • Optimieren von Fertigungsabläufen von Klein- und Mittelserienteilen
  • Fertigungsbegleitende Überwachung der Produktion
  • Entwickeln von Vorrichtungen und Spannmitteln
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker bzw. ein artverwandtes Berufsbild mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Sie verfügen über gute Programmierkenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2- Schicht)
  • Es erwartet Sie ein motiviertes Team, ein freundliches Betriebsklima, sowie eine leistungsgerechte Bezahlung.
  • Eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit erwartet Sie.
