Deine Aufgaben

  • Rüsten und Einstellen konventioneller oder CNC-gesteuerter Drehmaschinen
  • Einspannen und Ausrichten von Halbzeugen
  • Starten, Überwachen und Optimieren des Maschinenlaufs
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Anstoßen von Verbesserungen zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Maschine nach Plan

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) usw.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanung oder Drehtechnik
  • Kranschein wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Vollkonti (4-Schicht Model 2 Früh-, 2 Spät- und 2 Nachtschichten, 3 Tage frei)
