Die Klaus Bongartz GmbH & Co. KG ist ein in 2. und 3. Generation geführtes Familienunternehmen in Schwalmtal und beschäftigt gegenwärtig ca. 60 Mitarbeiter. Wir fertigen auf über 60 CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen Bauteile und Baugruppen vom Prototyp bis hin zur Serienproduktion. Neben der Vakuum- und Rüstungsindustrie beliefern wir außerdem den Sondermaschinenbau, den Hydraulik- und Anlagenbau, sowie die Luft- und Raumfahrt-Industrie.

Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • CNC-Programmierkenntnisse (Fanuc, Siemens, WinMax, …)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Messmitteln
  • Schichtbereitschaft (Früh- und Spätschicht im Wechsel)
