  • Wir bei der VMK GmbH setzen auf hochmoderne Fertigungsmaschinen für Verzahnung, Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen. Mit Okuma-Maschinen wie der V920EX und MB46VAE sowie fortschrittlichen 5-Achs-Maschinen (MU5000) und Dreh-Fräszentrum (MULTUS U3000) fertigen wir komplexe Frästeile mit höchster Präzision. Zudem bieten wir die Komplettfertigung von Schnecken und Schneckenrädern an.
  • Mit unserem zukunftsfähigen Maschinenpark und krisensicheren Kundenstamm, sind wir stets auf der Suche nach Verstärkung für unser familiäres Team.

Die Tätigkeit im Überblick

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses an CNC-Maschinen
  • Produktionsbegleitendes Messen und Prüfen der hergestellten Bauteile
  • Wartung und Pflege von Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen bis mittelgroße Serien

Gewünschte Anforderungen

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses an CNC-Maschinen
  • Produktionsbegleitendes Messen und Prüfen der hergestellten Bauteile
  • Wartung und Pflege von Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen bis mittelgroße Serien
  • 2-Schichtbereitschaft (1. Schicht 5.30 - 14 Uhr, 2. Schicht 14 - 22.30 Uhr)
