Wir sind eine erfolgreiche, zukunftsorientierte und inhabergeführte Eisengießerei Die Josef Brechmann GmbH & Co.KG wurde 1877 gegründet und ist seit über 5 Generationen eine mittelständische Eisengiesserei mit rund 200 Mitarbeitern mit dem Schwerpunkt Kundenguss. Neben der fertigungstechnischen Ausrichtung auf Klein- und Mittelserien fokussieren wir uns auf Sphärogussqualitäten inkl. Sonderwerkstoffen wie SiMo, Ni-Resist und ADI.

  • Das erwartet Sie
  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von Fräs- und Bearbeitungszentren
  • Fertigen von Bauteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführen von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen sowie deren Dokumentation
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker Fachrichtung Frästechnik (m/w/d) mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Heidenhain und Siemens 840 D Steuerungen
  • Gute Mathematik- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und genaues Arbeiten
  • Ausdauer und Konzentration
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Selbständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
