Ihre Aufgabe

  • Selbständige Zerspanung an CNC-gesteuerten (3- bis) 5 Achs-Fräsmaschinen (Primär Aluminium- und Stahlbearbeitung, Serienfertigung mit Bestückungsanlagen, Losgrößen von 50 bis 2.000 Stück, Toleranzfelder von 0,02 bis 0,5 mm).
  • Programmieren am CAM.
  • Durchführung der Rüstvorgänge und Einfahren des Programms.
  • Überwachung des Fräsvorgangs: Durchführung von Korrekturen, Werkzeugwechseln und Optimierung der laufenden Produktion.
  • Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile.

Ihr Ideal-Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker\*in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen.
  • Sie sind engagiert, zuverlässig und ein Teamplayer.
