Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (Serienfertigung)
  • Auswahl und Einrichtung der Werkzeuge
  • Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln
  • Fertigung von Präzisionsteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Qualitätskontrollen mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Steuerungen, vorzugsweise Fanuc
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie Mess- und Prüfmitteln zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
