Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen qualifizierten CNC Fräser (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Einrichtung von 5-Achs Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain-Steuerung.

Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

▪ Selbstständiges Programmieren und Einrichten der CNC-Fräsmaschinen

▪ Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien unter Berücksichtigung des Liefertermins

▪ Arbeiten nach und mit techn. Zeichnungen

▪ Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Fertigungsabläufen

▪ Wartung und Pflege der zugewiesenen Maschinen und Werkzeuge.

▪ Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während des laufenden Produktionsprozesses (Werker Selbstprüfung) mittels gängiger Messmittel.

Profil

▪ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker Fachrichtung Frästechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

▪ Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fräsbearbeitung, idealerweise im Bereich der 5-Achs-Bearbeitung

▪ Erfahrung im Umgang mit Heidenhain Steuerungen erforderlich

▪ Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Hurco Winmax Steuerungen von Vorteil

▪ Erfahrung in der CAD/CAM Programmierung

▪ Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein

▪ Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

▪ Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C2 Niveau
