  • Erstellen von CNC-Programmen, sowie Optimierung und Abspeicherung
  • Arbeitsmittel, Spannmittel und Werkzeuge vorbereiten, vermessen und einrüsten
  • Beschicken und Entladen der Maschinen
  • Überwachung des Arbeitsablaufes
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle der Werkstücke auf Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit, ggfs. Ausführung von Nacharbeiten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Metallfacharbeiter oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Fräsmaschinen und deren Bedienung
  • CNC-Kenntnisse, wünschenswert mit der Steuerung: Siemens 840D oder vergleichbarer CNC-Steuerung
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren und Einrichten der Maschinen
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3 Schichten)
