Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) – Fachrichtung Frästechnik

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung, Programmieren & Bedienen von CNC Fräsmaschinen
  • eigenständiges Rüsten und Einfahren der Maschinen
  • Fertigungsprozesse überwachen
  • Qualitätsprüfung der Bauteile inklusive Sichtkontrolle und Messung der Bauteile
  • Programmerstellung Mithilfe von Heidenhainsteuerung (530 – 640)

## Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Erfahrung im 3-Achs und 5-Achs Fräsen
  • Verständnis komplexer Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen
  • Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker Frästechnik
  • Kenntnisse Solid CAM wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse Heidenhain Steuerung
