  • Es werden aktuell mehrere CNC-Zerspanungsmechaniker (gn) für Großteile für einen Kunden aus der Rüstungsindustrie gesucht.
  • Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach IG Metall-Tarif für eine 37,5 Std./Woche.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • selbstständiges Vorbereiten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC Drehmaschinen der Hersteller Wohlenberg, Niles und Heyligenstaedt in den Bereichen Rohrfertigung und mittleres Drehen
  • Bearbeitung von Bauteilen bis 8m Länge
  • Fertigung nach SAP-Fertigungsaufträgen incl. Werker Selbstprüfung
  • Herstellung hochwertiger Komponenten für Waffenanlagen durch Drehen, Tiefbohren, Schleifen etc.
  • Prüfen und Messen der gefertigten Werkstücke nach technischen Vorgaben und/oder Prüfplänen
  • Erkennen und umsetzen von Prozessverbesserungen
  • Rückmeldung der Arbeitsleistung an ein BDE-System

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker Drehtechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • ldealerweise Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen mit Siemens-Steuerung 840D
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gewissenhafter und sicherer Umgang beim Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in 3-Schicht-Betrieb
