Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Komplettbearbeitung: Sie sind verantwortlich für das Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen unserer CNC-Drehmaschinen.
  • Steuerungskompetenz: Vorkenntisse im Umgang mit Fanuc- oder Okuma-Steuerungen (kein Muss)
  • Materialvielfalt: Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Werkstoffen wie Edelstahl, Stahl, Aluminium, Kupfer und Messing.
  • Serienfertigung: Überwachung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen bei Losgrößen bis zu 10.000 Stück.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Selbstständige Prüfung der Werkstücke auf Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächengüte.

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Dreher oder eine vergleichbare Aus- / Weiterbildung
  • Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Rüstung von CNC-Maschinen.
  • Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Dokumentation und Teamkommunikation.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
