Bei ApeXSolutions Manufacturing GmbH haben wir eine aufregende Gelegenheit für einen erfahrenen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), der Teil unseres dynamischen Teams werden möchte. Als Anbieter von Einzel- und Lohnteilen mit den modernsten und fortschrittlichsten Bearbeitungszentren suchen wir nach talentierten Einzelpersonen, die unsere Vision teilen und zu unserem Erfolg beitragen möchten.

### Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren (Heller, DMG)
  • CNC-Programmierung/-Anpassung an der Maschine (Siemens Sinumerik)
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Schnittdaten; Optimierung von Standzeiten
  • Fertigen von Einzelteilen und Klein-/Mittelserien nach Technischer Zeichnung (DIN ISO)
  • Qualitätsprüfung mit Messmitteln und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse (Prüfprotokolle)
  • Montageunterstützung bei Automationsprojekten
  • Pflege der Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Arbeitsplätze; Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit

### Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sicher im CNC-Drehen und/oder CNC-Fräsen
  • Routine im Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln und Prüfplänen
  • Sorgfältige, qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
