Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Maßprüfungen
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker:in, CNC-Facharbeiter:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen (Heidenhain, Siemens oder Fanuc von Vorteil)
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicheres Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
