Für unseren Standort suchen wir Zerspanungsmechaniker/in. Deine Aufgaben:

Maschineneinrichtung und -bedienung: Werkzeuge einstellen, CNC-Maschinen einrichten, Maschinen bestücken und bedienen

Programmierung und Optimierung: CNCProgramme anpassen, kleine Programme erstellen, Prozessoptimierung

Wartung und Instandhaltung: Störungen lokalisieren und beheben, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen

Qualitätssicherung, Werkerselbstprüfung, Arbeitsgänge dokumentieren, Konfigurationsdaten erfassen

  • Fertigung und Montage: Bedienen konventioneller Fräs-/Dreh- und Schleifmaschinen, Einzelteile fertigen, Werkstücke entgraten, einfache Montagetätigkeiten (z.B. Helicoil), Beschriften, Verpacken und Dichtigkeitsprüfungen
  • Dein Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker oder zum Zerspanungsmechaniker, Fachrichtung Fräsen

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Leistungsbereitschaft

Bereitschaft im 2-Schicht-System zu arbeiten

Einsatzzeitraum: Positionen ab sofort für 12 Monate

Arbeitszeit 35 Stunden / Woche

Vergleichsentgelt: 23,09 € / Stunde (vor Deckelung)
