Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Herstellung von Bauteilen nach Zeichnung (Einzelteile bis Kleinserien)
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren an der Maschine und Auswahl der geeigneten Werkzeuge
  • Fertigung Bauteilbereich/Bauteilgröße bis zu 900 im DM und einer Bauteillänge bis zu 4500 mm
  • Eigenverantwortung und Kontrolle für die gefertigten Bauteile
  • Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Erkennen und Aufzeigen von Schwachstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei 5S-Projekten in der Werkstätte

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker/in oder Maschinenbautechniker/in
  • Sicherheits- und verantwortungsbewusstes sowie selbstständiges und genaues Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute praktische und theoretische Fachkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kleinserie
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (für langfristige 2-Schicht-Tätigkeit)

Für diese Position erwartet dich im Rahmen einer 38,00h Woche ein Monatsbruttolohn von mindestens Euro 4.096,85 basierend auf dem Kollektivvertrag der chemischen Industrie. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist unsere Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
