Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du fertigst Kleinserien und Vorrichtungsteile exakt nach Zeichnungsvorgaben
  • Du stellst Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsverschleißteile selbständig her
  • Du erstellst als Fräser_in CNC-Programme mittels Heidenhainsteuerung
  • Du rüstest Maschinen nach Vorgaben, fährst sie an, stellst sie ein und begleitest die Produktion
  • Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend zusammen und treibst die laufende Optimierung in der Produktion voran
  • Du unterstützt bei der internen Lehrlingsausbildung und gibst dein Know-how weiter

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre ...)
  • Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Fräsen (Heidenhain) oder im Drehen auf zyklusgesteuerten Drehmaschinen (Weiler)
  • Du arbeitest genau, eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Du bist bereit, im 2-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten

Diese Position ist mit einem Bruttogehalt ab € 3.500,- für 38,5 Wochenstunden dotiert

Eigenes KFZ muss zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes vorhanden sein.
