Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen CNC-Dreher (m/w/d).
IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Einrichtung und Bedienung von CNC-Drehmaschinen (Gildemeister CT40, Monforts RNC 400)
- Fertigung von Serienteilen nach Zeichnung und vorhandenen Programmen
- Prüfung, Kontrolle und Überwachung des Bearbeitungsprozesses
- Einstellung von neuen Programmen
- Programmkorrekturen hinsichtlich der Maße und Oberflächengüte
- Werkerselbstkontrolle
- Übernahme von Wartung-, Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben
IHR PROFIL:
- eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder einem ähnlichen Beruf
- eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen
- Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen
- Erfahrung mit FANUC-Steuerung wünschenswert
