Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) für unsere Produktion im 2-Schichtbetrieb (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Aufgaben:
  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen unserer CNC Drehmaschinen
  • Selbständiges Programmieren, Umrüsten und Einrichten der Maschinen und Bestückungsroboter
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung laufender Produktionsprozesse
  • Eigenverantwortliches Sicherstellen der Produktqualität
  • Selbstständige Werkzeugüberwachung und Werkzeugwechsel
  • Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in mit Fachrichtung Frästechnik, Industriemechaniker/in, Werkzeugmechaniker/in
  • Alternativ: vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Metallbereich
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Mazatrol/Siemens sind Voraussetzung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft
