  • Die HSF Feinmechanik und Maschinenbau GmbH fertigt Ihnen spanabhebende Zulieferteile nach Zeichnung oder Muster sowie Vorrichtungen und Konstruktionen der unterschiedlichsten Art und Weise an.
  • Dazu gehören unter anderem Gehäuse und Zubehör für elektronische Geräte und Sensoren, Manipulatoren und Scanner, als auch Mess- und Kontrolleinrichtungen. Unsere Kunden kommen aus den Bereichen Automationstechnik, Luftfahrttechnik, Medizintechnik, Messtechnik, optische Industrie, Förder- und Prüftechnik.
  • Darüber hinaus produzieren wir für Forschungsinstitute, Konstruktionsbüros, Laboratorien sowie Hersteller von Maschinen, Hydraulik und Elektrokleingeräten.
  • Wir entgegnen unseren Mitarbeitern mit hoher Aufmerksamkeit und Wertschätzung.
  • Wir fördern produktive Teamarbeit und verstehen unsere Mitarbeiter dabei als Partner.
  • Als Arbeitnehmer agieren Sie selbständig in ihren Verantwortungsbereichen und werden dabei durch die Führungskräfte ziel- und ergebnisorientiert begleitet.

  • Zerspanungsmechaniker/in Fräsen
  • Aufgaben
  • Programmieren und Rüsten von CNC – Fräsmaschinen
  • Einfahren der Programme
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozesse
  • Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen und Zubehör
  • Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder vergleichbar
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Selbständig, sorgfältig, flexibel und teamfähig
