Wir entwickeln und fertigen in Emden Sondermaschinen für die Betonsteinindustrie sowie automatisierte Parksysteme. Unsere Anlagen entstehen nicht am Fließband, sondern werden individuell für unsere Kunden entwickelt und gebaut. Das macht jeden Auftrag anders und jeden Arbeitstag abwechslungsreich.

Damit unsere Maschinen weltweit zuverlässig laufen, suchen wir Dich als Verstärkung für unsere Fertigung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien auf modernen CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Programmierung und Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Maßprüfung der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit an anspruchsvollen Projekten im Sondermaschinenbau
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Montage und Arbeitsvorbereitung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen mit Siemens Sinumerik 840D sowie Siemens Sinumerik 810C von Vorteil
  • Gerne erste Berufserfahrung, motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und Spaß an präziser Arbeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
