Als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Drehtechnik richtest du moderne Dreh- und Dreh-Fräs-Maschinen ein, überwachst die Fertigung und sorgst mit deinem Know-how dafür, dass jedes Bauteil bis auf den Zehntelmillimeter exakt den Anforderungen entspricht.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Komplette Einrichtung der Maschinen
  • Durchführung von Erstteilkontrollmessungen sowie Kontrollmessungen nach Prüfanweisungen unter Zuhilfenahme von Messmitteln wie Messschiebern und Lehrdornen
  • Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Dreh- und Dreh-Fräs-Maschinen
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Einfahren der Maschinen auf Basis vorgefertigter Programme
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozess- bzw. Programmoptimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Programmierung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in (Fachrichtung Drehtechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-Betrieb)
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in *DIN 66025*
