Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie arbeiten vier Tage in 1 Schicht mit Gleitzeit, Freitag ist frei
  • Sie rüsten und fertigen selbstständig Bauteile an mordernsten CNC 3- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentren (CNC-Fräsen: Steuerungen Heidenhain / CNC-Drehen: Steuerungen Siemens / Fanuc)
  • Sie fertigen Einzelteile im Stückzahlbereich von eins bis 10
  • Sie rüsten und programmieren neuste, automatisierte Beladesysteme Robo to Go / Stangenlader von DMG für Kleinserien
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der CAM-Programmierung (HyperMill / Esprit) zusammen
  • Sie bearbeiten eigenverantwortliche Vorrichtungs- und Werkzeugbauprojekte
  • Sie arbeiten in der Prozessoptimierung mit
  • Sie prüfen und sicheren die Qualität der gefertigten Bauteile

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker oder Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich sammeln (wünschenswert)
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und begeistern sich für Maschinen und Bauteile
  • Sie haben bereits Kenntnisse in der Maschinenbedienung von CNC-Fräsen und CNC-Drehmaschinen (wünschenswert)
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert
  • Sie verfügen über gutes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
