Seit über 35 Jahren entwickelt und fertigt die BEIL-Registersysteme GmbH in Abensberg Hightech-Systeme für die Druckindustrie. Wir beliefern alle führenden Druckmaschinenhersteller und nehmen auf dem Weltmarkt eine Spitzenposition ein.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Einrichtung der Maschinen und Voreinstellung der Werkzeuge
  • Programme einfahren und Optimierungen durchführen
  • Voreinstellen, Rüsten und Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen nach Plan und Zeichnung
  • Einrichten und Bedienen von Drahterodiermaschinen
  • Messen der angefertigten Werkstücke

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Zerspanungs-/Frästechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Zerspanungstechnologie (Schnitt- und Vorschubwerte, Schneidstoffe, usw.) sind vorhanden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
