  • Wir suchen für unseren renomierten Kunden im Raum Kempenich ab sofort oder nach Absprache einen engagierten Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Drehtechnik

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rüsten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Drehzentren
  • Eigenständige Auswahl der notwendigen Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen und Messmittel
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren nach Zeichnung
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsqualität
  • Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen anhand technischer Zeichnungen
  • Wartung der Maschinen und Behebung kleinerer Störungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Kenntnisse über die Steuerungen OKUMA OSP-P200LA (Drehen) von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur 2-Schichtarbeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
