Wir suchen eine/n Zerspanungsmechaniker/in (m/w/d) für ein Unternehmen im Bereich Automobil-/Zulieferer in Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt.

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von CNC-gesteuerten Fräs-, Dreh- und Schleifarbeiten
  • Maschinenbedienung von computergesteuerten Maschinen (CNC)
  • Nach Vorgabe Werkstück in Maschine einlegen, einspannen und ausrichten
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Beseitigen von Störungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder langjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen in der Automobilbranche
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Messschieber, Messschraube (Mikrometerschrauben), Reißnadel
  • Bereitschaft zum 4-Schichtbetrieb
