Das Unternehmen BTT-Bremer Turbinentechnik GmbH wurde 1987 als Ingenieurbüro für Marinetechnik, mit Schwerpunkt Energie- und Antriebsanlagen für Seeschiffe gegründet. Ab dem Jahr 2000 haben wir uns auf die Reparatur von Dampfturbinen und deren Komponenten in einer 1100 m² großen Fertigungshalle spezialisiert. Die Neuanfertigung von Dampfturbinenteilen ergänzt das Leistungsspektrum.

Zu unseren Spezialgebieten gehört auch das Anfertigen von Dampfturbinenschaufeln, Frischdampfdüsen und die dazugehörenden Leitapparate - nach Muster, Zeichnung oder Aufmaß.

Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir einen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) im Rahmen einer unbefristeten Vollzeitstelle.

Tätigkeitsbereich:

konventionelle sowie CNC‑gestützte Dreh- und Fräsarbeiten

Maschinen mit MAZATROL‑ und HEIDENHAIN‑Steuerung

Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen der Maschinen sowie die Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke

Anforderungsprofil:

Berufserfahrung in der Dreh- und Frästechnik wünschenswert

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MAZATROL‑ und HEIDENHAIN‑Steuerungen

Ein sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt
