AUFGABEN:

  • Sie arbeiten im Fräszentrum und übernehmen die CAM-Programmierung sowie die Bedienung moderner CNC-Maschinen und 3D-Drucker.
  • Sie programmieren Implantatarbeiten mit dem CAM-System Powermill.
  • Sie richten Fräsmaschinen ein und überwachen die Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Sie optimieren bestehende Fertigungsabläufe und tragen zu einer effizienten Produktion bei.
  • Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen an den gefertigten Arbeiten durch.
  • Sie dokumentieren relevante Fertigungs- und Prüfdaten.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder als Zahntechniker (m/w/d).
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung mit, idealerweise im Dental- oder Industrie-CAM.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fräsmaschinen sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit dem CAM-System Powermill ist wünschenswert.
  • Sie besitzen technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
