DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Einrichtung und Bedienung der Maschinen Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen unserer Fräszentren mit Siemens-Steuerungen.
  • Fertigung von Bauteilen Herstellung präziser Einzelteile und Kleinserien gemäß technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle Prüfung der gefertigten Werkstücke mit geeigneten Mess- und Prüfmitteln zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.
  • Prozessüberwachung und Optimierung Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses und kontinuierliche Optimierung zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
  • Maschinenwartung und Pflege Regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen sowie der Betriebsmittel zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Qualifikation und Ausbildung Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Fachkenntnisse Gute Kenntnisse in der 3- und 5-Achs-Fräsbearbeitung.Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens-Steuerungen (von Vorteil).
  • Persönliche Fähigkeiten Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick.Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise.Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
