  • Wir sind ein überregional tätiges Zeitarbeitsunternehmen mit
  • Einsatzschwerpunkt in Baden-Württemberg. Unsere Kunden bestehen
  • überwiegend aus dem Maschinen- und Automobilbau.
  • Wir suchen eine/n Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden in
  • der Elektroindustrie. Der Arbeitsort ist Möckmühl,
  • Baden-Württemberg. Eine spätere Festanstellung ist vorgesehen.

Aufgaben:

  • CNC-Fräsen, CNC-Bohren von Laminaten (Kunststoff)
  • Maßkontrolle der gefertigten Teile durch Selbstkontrolle.
  • Einrichten, und Bedienen der CNC Maschinen.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Überwachen der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln und Beheben einfacher
  • Störungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in,
  • Industriemechaniker/in, Werkzeugmacher/in oder vergleichbare
  • Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung zur CNC-Fachkraft
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Bohren, CNC-Fräsen
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse an Maschinensteuerung
  • (idealerweise Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenheim, Mazatrol) Steuerung.
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (bis zu 3 Schichten)
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
