Für unseren internationalen Kunden aus der Energieindustrie suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) am Standort Troisdorf.

Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Was wir bieten:

  • Persönliche und zuverlässige Betreuung und Beratung
  • Umfangreiche und professionelle Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess
  • Eine Umstellung auf Kontischicht ist ab dem ersten Quartal geplant. Aktuell 3 Schicht !

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rüsten und Einstellen der Drehbank (konventionell oder CNC-gesteuert) nach Plan
  • Werkzeuge vorbereiten und wechseln
  • Prüfen der Auftragsunterlagen
  • Durchführen und Einspielen von Programmänderungen
  • CNC-Programmierung für die Bearbeitung von Neuteilen
  • Halbzeuge ausrichten und einspannen
  • Starten und Überwachen des Maschinenlaufs
  • Melden, Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen
  • Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung anregen
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Ggf. Nacharbeiten durchführen und dokumentieren
  • Reinigen der Drehmaschine nach Bedarf und Plan

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Gute CNC-Programmierkenntnisse
  • Gültiger Kranschein und gültige G25-Untersuchung bei Einsatzbeginn zwingend erforderlich
