Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Rüstung von manuellen, NC- und CNC-gesteuerten Zerspanungsmaschinen
  • Bearbeitung großer Bauteile an Bohrwerken, Fräs-, Dreh- und Karusselldrehmaschinen
  • Selbstständiges Spannen, Ausrichten, Einrichten und Werkzeugmanagement
  • Programmierung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen (Heidenhain/Siemens)
  • Qualitätskontrolle, Dokumentation und Durchführung von Kranarbeiten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (Fräs- und/oder Drehtechnik)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen (idealerweise Siemens oder Heidenhain)
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Präzisionsbewusstsein sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Kran- und Gabelstaplerschein sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit erforderlich
