  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanung, Erfahrungen im Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen mit Dialogsteuerung (z.B. Mazak)
  • von Vorteil: Programmierkenntnisse (Dialogsteuerung) an CNC-Maschinen (optimalerweise ISO und Mazatrol Smooth)
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kollegialität
  • Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Schichtbereitschaft (Früh/Spät)
