Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen
  • Programmieren, Bedienen und Einrichten der CNC-Maschinen (Hurco, Hermle, DMG)
  • Überwachen der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Programm- und Werkzeuganpassungen
  • Regelmäßige Reinigung, Instandhaltung und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen, Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel
  • Qualitätsverantwortung für die gefertigten Produkte
  • Weiterleitung der gefertigten Teile nach den betrieblichen Vorschriften und Vereinbarungen
  • Durchführen von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen sowie deren Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker m/w/d, Metfallfacharbeiter m/w/d oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung, Einrichtung und Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Engagement
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
