  • Wir suchen für einen Kunden langfristig und mit Aussicht auf Übernahme einen Zerspannungsmechaniker (m/w/d) im Raum Augsburg

Ihr Profil:

  • Einführung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen
  • Fertigen von Bauteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Überwachen des Fertigungsprozesses und
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Selbständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und
  • Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Dreh- und
  • Fräsmaschinen auf Siemens-Steuerung
  • Optimierung der Rüstzeiten durch Festlegung der
  • Auftragsabfolge
  • Die gefertigten Teile messen und prüfen sowie den
  • Werkzeugwechsel durchführen
  • Störungen beheben und ggfs. weitergeben,
  • Nacharbeiten und Ausschuss dokumentieren und
  • korrigieren

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als
  • Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich CNC-Fräsen und -
  • Drehen
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung von CNC-
  • Maschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
