  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsaufgaben
  • Einrichtung und Rüstung von CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen

  • Begutachtung von Reparaturen sowie Beurteilung von Qualitätsmängeln
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Betriebsmitteln
  • Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen an Betriebsmitteln
  • Festlegung des Aufarbeitungsaufwandes in Bezug auf Art und Umfang der Maßnahmen
  • Beschaffung und Auswertung fertigungsrelevanter Informationen zur Prozessoptimierung

Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie in SAP (SD/PP/MM) und der Betriebsdatenerfassung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der 5 S-Methode zur Arbeitsplatzorganisation und Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
