Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber in Nittenau suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) .

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung von mechanischen Teilen an CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen nach Zeichnungen und Programmen (ISO-Programme)
  • Bedienung der Maschine (Analyse von Störungen, Behebung von Störungsursachen)
  • Rüstung der Maschine (Einsatz der Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Hilfsstoffe nach technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten (Einstellung und Auswechslung der Werkzeuge))
  • Änderung und Optimierung der CNC-Programme (ISO-Programme)
  • Selbstständige Erstellung der CNC-Programme (Werkstattprogrammierung)
  • Festlegung der Bearbeitungsfolgen
  • Handhabung des Programmtransfers (DNC- Betrieb)
  • Prüfung/ Messung der Teile, ggfs. Selbstprüfung, Feststellung von Fehler, Erstellung von Fehlermeldungen
  • Termingerechte Abarbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Abstimmung mit den fachlich Anweisenden und dem zuständigen Vorgesetzten

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspannungsmechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der CNC-Zerspannung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Werkstattprogrammierung erforderlich
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie SAP von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht)
