Deine Aufgaben:

  • Programmierung und Einrichtung von CNC-Drehmaschinen für die Fertigung hochwertiger Bauteile
  • Bedienung moderner Dreh- und Fräszentren mit aktueller Steuerungstechnik
  • Fertigung nach technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen in kleinen bis mittleren Losgrößen
  • Qualitätskontrolle durch Prüfen und Messen der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • Werkzeugauswahl und -optimierung für verschiedene Materialien und Fertigungsprozesse

CNC-Drehmaschinen : (Schaublin CCN 180/8, ROMI 510, Gildemeister CTX 400, Dreh-/Fräszentrum CLX450TC mit Robo2Go)

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) , Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Drehmaschinen und moderner Steuerungstechnik
  • Sicheres Lesen  von technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen
  • Kenntnisse in der spanenden Fertigung sowie im Bereich Werkzeugtechnik und Werkstoffe
  • Sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
