Unser inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt seit 1995 ein komplettes Baubeschlagprogramm. Wir sehen uns mit unseren Band- und Schließblechsystemen als Problemlöser für Türen- und Zargenhersteller in ganz Europa sowie für nationale und internationale Kunden aus Handel und Handwerk.

Für unsere CNC-Abteilung suchen wir einen weiteren Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres bestehenden Teams.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • -Einrichten von 3- und 4-Achs-CNC-Bearbeitungszentren in der Serienfertigung
  • -Optimieren von CNC-Programmen an den Maschinen
  • -Organisation der Auftragsdurchführung und begleitende Qualitätssicherung
  • -Wartung und Reparaturen

Unsere Voraussetzungen:

  • -Ausbildung im Metallbereich, idealerweise in der Zerspanung wünschenswert
  • -Kenntnisse in der CNC-Bearbeitung und der CNC-Programmierung erforderlich
  • -Kenntnisse in der Roboterprogrammierung wünschenswert
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Messmitteln
  • -Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach Zeichnungen
  • -Hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • -Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • -Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
