Für einen regional verwurzelten, mittelständischen Metallbetrieb suchen wir einen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Drehtechnik , der sein Know-how einbringen und gemeinsam mit uns anspruchsvolle Bauteile fertigen möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Klein- bis Mittelserien nach Zeichnung
  • Auswahl und Korrektur von Werkzeugen sowie Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsabläufen und Fertigungszeiten
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fertigungsabweichungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Produktqualität und termingerechten Fertigung
  • Pflege und Wartung der eingesetzten Maschinen und Werkzeuge

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehtechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an moderner Metallbearbeitung
