## Das sind Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

  • Einrichtung und Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke nach technischen Vorgaben inkl. Werkerselbstprüfung
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen (TPM)
  • Analyse und Beseitigung von Fehlerquellen im Produktionsprozess
  • Bedienung von Automatisierungssystemen mit ABB-Robotern
  • Nutzung von SAP- und BDE-Systemen zur Dokumentation und Rückmeldung

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen und idealerweise Robotik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CNC-Steuerungen sowie sicheres Lesen von CNC-Programmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Präzise, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Mehrschichtbetrieb
