### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Programmieren von CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen sowie Klein- und Mittelserien nach Zeichnung
  • Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • Programmoptimierung sowie Fehleranalyse im Fertigungsprozess
  • Mehrmaschinenbedienung
  • Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung der Maschinen
  • Nachbearbeitung der Werkstücke (z. B. Entgraten, Waschen und Beschriften)
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse

### Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine fachfremde Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbar
  • erste Berufserfahrung im CNC-Bereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im 5-Achs-Fräsen sowie Umgang mit Siemens Sinumerik 840D oder Heidenhain Steuerung
  • Arbeitsplatzspezifische Kenntnisse, die im Rahmen eines Anlernprozesses vermittelt werden
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
