Als Verstärkung für unser bestehendes Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Zerspanung (rüsten, aufspannen, programmieren, zerspanen, prüfen, dokumentieren) von Schweißbaugruppen aller Art nach Fertigungsunterlagen
  • eigenständige Programmierung, Einrichtung und Bedienung von CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsablaufs, Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Mitwirkung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der eingesetzten Betriebsmittel

### Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungs-, Industrie- oder Konstruktionsmechaniker
  • Programmierkenntnisse mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CNC-Zerspanen von Bauteilen
  • Sicheres Lesen von Fertigungszeichnungen
  • Selbständige, systematische Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtbetrieb (Früh- / Spätschicht)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
