STELLE: Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Abteilung Zerspanung, Bereich Frästechnik

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert an CNC-Fräsmaschinen arbeiten
  • Selbstständiges Fertigen von Einzel- und Serienteilen nach Zeichnungsangaben oder CAD/CAM-Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitungsprogramme selbstständig erstellen und optimieren
  • Alle anfallenden Rüstarbeiten (Werkzeuge, Spannmittel) eigenständig durchführen
  • Im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle die Bearbeitungsqualität sichern und ggf. Korrekturmaßnahmen durchführen
  • Einhalten der Qualitätsrichtlinien und Identifizierung mit der Qualitätspolitik des Unternehmens
  • Mehrmaschinenbedienung
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktionsschritte
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanung und im Umgang mit CNC gesteuerten Maschinen sowie der Programmierung bestenfalls mit dem CAM System Hypermill wünschenswert
  • Schichtbereitschaft (2-Schicht)
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft & Teamfähigkeit
