Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung von Schiffskomponenten in unserem Produktbereich Wellenkomponenten (Lager und Abdichtungen) mit einem Durchmesser von 125 mm bis 1250 mm nach Zeichnung
  • Bedienen von CNC-Drehbearbeitungszentren bzw. CNC-Drehmaschinen in der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung sowie Erstellung, Optimierung und Anpassung von CNC-Programmen
  • Auftragsbezogenes Rüsten von Bearbeitungsmaschinen mit Spannmitteln und Werkzeugen sowie Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit von Werkstücken nach Zeichnungsvorgaben sowie Optimierung von Bearbeitungs- und Messabläufen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bedienung, Programmierung und im Rüsten von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Bezug auf die Bedienung von Siemens SINUMERIK 840D bzw. HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530
  • Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Messtechnik
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2 Schicht-System (Früh-und Spätschicht)
