Meine Aufgaben:

  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen im 3-Schichtsystem.
  • Herstellung von Werkstücken durch Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen oder Bohren.
  • Verbesserungen und Optimierungen an Fertigungsprozessen.
  • Prüfen der Werkstücke auf Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächengüte und Toleranzen.
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der Produktionsdaten.

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung mit CNC-Programmierung und sicherem Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Technischem Verständnis für Fertigungstechnologien und Messmethoden.
  • Präziser, sorgfältiger und qualitätsorientierter Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem und Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten.
